Who’s the ace of spades?

I just got a tip from a friend of mine who was watching CNN that on Inside Politics they illustrated a piece on the senate presidential candidates by using a deck of cards. I’m going to keep an eye on CNN’s transcript page until they post the transcript of today’s show. This isn’t like John Kerry making a reference to regime change, this is a major news outlet drawing a comparison between senate leaders and wanted war criminals (the ones in Iraq, not the ones in the White House). You can email Judy Woodruff’s boss here and let him know what you think of this one-sided bullshit they call “news”. Like Alterman says, “What Liberal Media?”

  1. I understand that this e-mail is addressed to Judy Woodruff’s boss. Yesterday, 2/2/04, on Inside Politics, one of Bush’s hacks told the lie that the Bush administration “inherited a recession”. Despite the fact that Bush stated this lie at his inauguration, and the Rupublicans repeat it constantly…it is still a lie. Please make Judy Woodruff and all your so-called reporters call the liars on their lies. Unfortunately, too many people in this country count on TV to inform them rather than being well-read. It is IMPERATIVE that television reporters not allow lies to be repeated over and over. Ignorant TV-watchers will believe this disinformation.
