Just came back from TDY at Bolling AFB (conducting an environmental compliance audit for an Air Force installation whose sole mission is to provide housing for generals stationed at the Pentagon), and even though the quarters in billeting were ancient, they’d been upgraded with some new kind of toilet that rocked. It was like an explosion of water taking everything in its path. They’re some kind of low-flow, but with gusto.

Come to think of it, they’d had the same kind at Ft. Hood. Must be a trend.

Caz, it’s so true! There’s no such thing as conservation in base housing. That post is a keeper, I’d do a treatise, if I were you. ‘Flush a midget if you had to,’ brilliant.

As for 2 tablespoons and one sheet of charmin, I would think it would be sufficient for her purposes. She reminds me of those Harryhousen skeletons in Sinbad. Or the Hessian in Sleepy Hollow. Has anyone tried throwing water on her? It’s worth a shot.

The low flush toilets are getting better. The new 1.5 gallon Kohlers are excellent. Swish the load back and forth before dumping. Never had a log jam since I put in. Works better than the old 3.0 gallon toilets in the house. Plan on putting another one in this weekend.

Coulter on the other hand seems to be getting more full of it every day.

Holy buttschnikes, something I hate as much as Ann Coulter! Low-flow toilets! When I was in college, I lived in a dorm that was a converted WWII BOQ (Bachelor Officer’s Quarters.) My fellow Americans, THOSE were toilets. Good toilets. Solid toilets. Good solid American toilets. Toilets that flushed so hard, the wind blew your hair around. Toilets you could flush a midget down, if you really had to. Truly the Greatest Generation of Toilets.
