WHOMEVER Dubya campaigns against the hardest, that's our candidate. Let's be honest, Richard Riordan would have beaten Gray Davis without so much as a single debate. Fortunately for Davis, the California republican party is run by the dumbest people in American politics, (Well, second dumbest after the DLC of course), and they always seem to go for the republican candidate least likely to win over California voters.
