there are some ambiguities about his guilt but i wont get into them here. people who want his life spared present evidence in as much a one sided fashion as those who want him to die. this does, however show the sheer stupidity in allowing the state to take a man’s life.

the death penalty focus of california is asking people to flood arnolds office with calls and emails and faxes tomorrow demanding a stay. lets tell arnold that this aint some goddamn movie. a real man will really die, the circle of violence will really continue.
