Donald Rumsfeld. Who just scrapped the plans for the new attack helicopter, and a year or two ago scrapped plans for a new mobile howitzer (the crusader, I believe it was called). And god fucking forbid anybody vote against a missile defense system, since there's not a credible person on the fucking face of the earth who thinks it'll work. Jesus. The media are idiots.
