But but but but he's a LIBERAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and I'm working hard to put food on your families. Excuse me, I got to go on vacation again, or use another tragedy (Hurricane Charley) to drum up electoral support in the trailer parks and rural areas of my brother's state. And while I'm there I'll set up the system to once again steal the election.

News flash Chimpy. Those morons in Niceville and Sanabel were going to vote for you anyway - Putting Porter Goss in the CIA driver's seat doesn't put Florida back in play. If anything, it infuriates the Democrats who already dislike you, causing them to hate you even more. People who are angry tend to express their anger, which means that you will see even more voter turn-out in those big cities (Orlando, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Tampa, etc.) Secondly, you pissed the Cuban community off with your lovely policy of restricting travel and American dollars being spent in Cuba (a great road to economic recovery, restrict the flow of American money into foreign countries, and limit revenue from air travel) Also, get the Cuban people to support you and your wisdom by giving them yet ANOTHER reason to hate you. The Cuban-Americans are starting to resent you more and more, so while you may retain the majority of them as members of your base, more and more will slip through your grip and either vote for Kerry, or stay home on election day. If that happens....well, just remember that 527 votes decided FL last time, want to wager your future on that number holding this time?

Personally, even if FL goes to Bush, which according current electoral math it doesn't, I think that the overwhelming voice in America is one against the Bush administration and its total lack of leadership. In the end, the folks in Middle America can scream and yell and rant and rave all they want to in support of their Boy King, but in the end, it is the Urban areas like LA, NY and all those little states in New England that will KERRY this election. Why? BECAUSE THATS WHERE ALL THE PEOPLE LIVE!!!!! So Mr. Bush, you can have all 5 people that live in North Dakota, Utah, Kansas and Idaho, Kerry will take all the states that matter, and he will win in a landslide. You better pull Bin Laden out of your pocket now if you want to have a chance.

As I've pointed out elsewhere, sponsored legislation is hardly the only way, and often not the best way, to judge a legislator's career. BC04 has made that the main point of attack on John Kerry's Senate tenure, though. It's blunted to some degree by...

I understand that Kerry was first in line to order Freedom Fries at the commissary on the Hill. But despite his ostensible hostility to the French, Kerry shamelessly dipped his Freedom Fries in mayonaisse, in a sharp betrayal of his family's debt to good old American ketchup.

If he can flip-floppily nuance this simple act of culinary patriotism, what evils can we expect in the future?
