Actually, that's not at all an oxymoron. It just doesn't apply to what the current madministration is doing, and will continue to do until stopped. "Conservative George W. Bush" IS an oxymoron, however, since he's hardly conservative at all. I remember conservatives, and this crowd isn't even in the same hemisphere, much less the same ballpark. Sigh. When the liberals are better at handling the Government's money than the "conservatives," it's time to make a change. Sadly, nobody listened to the liberals.
