Tough shit, gang, that train has left the platform. Now, if you wanna make money from the government, you'll have to do it the old-fashioned way: Buy a Vice President and get no-bid contracts. There's a theory that at times, populations become locked into certain modes of behavior, and that the majority simply <i>cannot do anything differently</i>, even if they wanted to.
