You have a clear way of presenting your ideas. I watched the Roberts hearings. Gosh, this was a challenge. There was a lot of grandstanding by the senators. I have an observation. Namely, the only reason Roberts was even considered for the Supreme Court has to do with the fact that the Republicans are in the majority. If the Democrats were in the majority, they would be confirming another ACLU attorney like Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
