Good stuff! Thanks for posting it. Funny how our government can produce this yet not do a darn thing about civil rights for another 10-20 years later.

Another thing about the end of the film – we shouldn’t be suckers… but its ok to be litterbugs? :)

Excellent find. I’ll link to it in tomorrow’s Best in Blogs segment at CN. Curiously though, the very last frame is this: “This film will not be shown to the general public without permission of the War Department,” an ironic touch that reveals our own nascent affinities, in 1947, for the National Security State.

Great find, Greg … thanks for posting this! As a side note, it’s amazing to think that our government could produce this and then proceed to drag its feet about racial equality and civil rights over the next couple of decades.
