		<description>How is this any different than regular Republican campaigning?  There party's appeal rests on thinly-disguised homage to hate and fear, covering bribes paid directly to the voter.  Just because most Republicans never even see the money they're promised doesn't mean they didn't vote with the idea of getting a pay day out of it.

Seriously though - how can one tout "free market" economics and decry "price gouging" at the same time.  It's about like touting "science" and then supporting "intelligent design."  It just doesn't work.

Despite how desperate it seems, the majority will see this magical $100 as a free gift with no strings attached.

"You mean, I get a free baseball cap just for signing these credit forms?  Wow, what a bargain!"</description>
