While the patient is there, the patient sends someone out on a McDonalds run. Or they ask if they can have a pizza delivered. I struggle with my weight because I am older but I also exercise (a lot) and am more intentional about what I eat. My pet peeve is all the fat kids and the parents who won't take responsibility for them. If you think health care and Medicaid costs a lot now just wait until the fat baby boomers and their fat kids start developing chronic debilitating illnesses.
