“I Didn’t Even Have To Use My A.K.”
The Webb margin of victory is practically recount-proof. Jim Talent just conceeded defeat in Missouri. And Tester’s holding strong in Montana. I’ve been really pessimistic lately, but this is a time to celebrate. I’ll worry about being pragmatic tomorrow. Another treat awaits you in the extended entry.
Just kidding. Your real treat is here.

Holy Shit!
This is a great night, no question.
But for a taste of the coming days, take at look at the main attraction on slate.com, “why the democrats won (for a change).”
This is the sort of bullshit… oh well, you read it, and repudate it as quick as you can.

Bush recently said he was not worried about the midterm elections, but then again he did not worry about Iraq either.
I know it is bad manners to gloat but when you live in an area with a bunch of flag waving rednecks I am going to allow myself a little gloat. But I will keep my silent wish as to what they can do with their flag poles silent out of a sense of survival.

One more thought, I want to see Bush’s face tomorrow to see if he still has that smirk pasted on it.

Maybe next we run Bush out of town in a two-tone Ford Explorer.
You know how it’s done.

Well, Rumsfeld is gone. Now, I say we set Agent 00 loose on Cheney.

They may not be able to find Cheney, he is in hiding somewhere.
