At no time do we see any shot where the two of them are recognizable and in the frame together. There's one shot of Hillary with an over-the-shoulder shot of 'Bill,' but it's the back of a head of white hair. The other 2-shot has a waiter in front of 'Hillary,' so all we see is arms and hands of a woman in a black sweater.
