Here’s what it looks like when we’ve got a political environment that panders to voters with endless promises of tax cuts and dismisses necessary infrastructure spending as “pork” :

I’m sure there will be a great “free market” solution to this problem too, once they figure out how to make a profit fishing dead bodies out of the river.
