This commercial is going to haunt you.

I dunno what’s stranger, that somebody thought it was a good idea to promote this nasty-ass product on the Food Network or that the commercial itself makes little effort to hide the fact that the PedEgg is just a microplane grater for your feet. Ewwww…

  1. And it’s perfect for parmesan!

  2. The commercial makes it look like you get grated parmesan from your feet.

For ten bucks you get two (one to use in the kitchen, one on your feet — or, one to use wherever and one to wash when you can’t recall whether you last used it on food or foot) and a tube of Miracle Foot Cream.

I bet if Jesus had a tube of Miracle Foot Cream and a PedEgg he would have had his feet washed more often.

  3. You obviously don’t suffer from the pain and humiliation of giant fscking toe calluses. Seriously, I have a big callus on my big toe and it can really hurt. Most approaches to “treatment” are just stone files. The idea of using a microplane had never occurred to me. And no doubt, a microplane is a lot cheaper.
