It seems the answers I get are always about the fact that she's a woman, she wins in a red state, etc. Never about what she stands for. I'm beginning to think something I thought would be ridiculous up until about 12 hours ago. Obama/Gore. I admit part of it is just that I like the idea that Obama is going to pick someone that isn't one of the pundits favorites (Biden, Bayh, Kaine) - but also that by waiting this long and not giving themselves time to build up the VPs bio and name recognition before the convention it means that it has to be someone BIG who doesn't need such things. It's a longshot and I'll probably look stupid if I keep suggesting it, but I thought I'd put it out there now just to have it in writing in case I'm right.
