If banks aren’t lending & paying back TARP funds instead, doesn’t it make sense to pump money into quasi-gov’t lenders like Fannie/Freddie?

Perhaps we could load up airplanes with money,and fly across the nation dropping off bundles at random,those who manage to pick up the most money,could become our new bankers.Sounds absurd,but compared to the execution of the bank bailout…… There are large tent cities in America (this is just one there are hundreds)(http://www.videonewslive.com/view/358119/the_homeless_creates_tent_city_in_new_york),each one filled with people who lost jobs,homes,and investments.As the snow piles up across the country,the real victims of the crash are forgotten.Money for Fannie/Freddie would be another massive robbery,bail out the people,not the robber barons…
